- A number of Octopress newsletters from the late 1980s and early 1990s
- Some correspondence.
- 50th anniversary records which give great detail about the club.
- Club stamps.
- Some trophy registers.
- Photographs.

These files have not been divided but can be viewed at the Council Reading room in Barker Street.
They will soon be moving to a new home at Te Matapihi ki te Ao Nui Central Library where the council will continue to care for them.
